These regulations amend the Industrial Relations Commission Regulations 2005. Part 9D inserted after regulation 94G regarding disputes under the Police Act 1892. The regulations come into operation as follows: regulations 1 and 2 on the day of gazettal, and the rest of the regulations on the day after that day.
