Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustee act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 29 october 2019 at sir charles gairdner hospital, nedlands in the state of western australia are required by the personal representative, being georgina louise callaghan to send particulars of their claims to care of brook legal, po box 93, wembley in western australia 6913 within 30 days of publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
