Behaving in threatening manner or using prohibited item
“40. Behaving in threatening manner or using prohibited item (1) A person commits an offence if the person, without special justification, does any of the following in a Land Forces security area during the event period — (a) behaves in a threatening manner; or (b) uses a prohibited item in a way that is likely to cause personal injury or fear to another person. (2) A person who commits an offence under subsection (1) is liable to a fine of $12 000.”
Possession of prohibited items
“41. Prohibited items (1) A person commits an offence if the person, without special justification, possesses a prohibited item in a Land Forces security area during the event period. (2) A person who commits an offence under subsection (1) is liable to a fine of $6 000.”
Failure to comply with personal details requirements on removal
“42. Failure to comply with personal details requirements on removal (1) A person commits an offence if the person fails to comply with a requirement made by a police officer under section 24(3)(b) or 25(3)(b). (2) A person who commits an offence under subsection (1) is liable to a fine of $6 000.”
Providing false personal details or evidence
“43. Providing false personal details or evidence (1) A person commits an offence if the person, in response to a requirement made by a police officer under section 14(1) or 24(3)(b) or 25(3)(b) — (a) gives personal details that are false in a material particular; or (b) produces evidence of the person’s identity that is false in a material particular. (2) A person who commits an offence under subsection (1) is liable to a fine of $6 000.”
Failure to comply with direction
“44. Failure to comply with direction (1) A person commits an offence if the person fails to comply with a direction given by a police officer under section 21(1). (2) A person who commits an offence under subsection (1) is liable to a fine of $6 000.”
Failure to comply with move on order
“45. Failure to comply with move on order (1) A person commits an offence if the person fails to comply with a move on order given by a police officer under section 32(1). (2) A person who commits an offence under subsection (1) is liable to a fine of $6 000.”
Person named in excluded persons list must not be present in event area
“46. Person named in excluded persons list must not be present in event area (1) A person commits an offence if the person is named in the excluded persons list and is present in the event area during the event period. (2) A person who commits an offence under subsection (1) is liable to a fine of $12 000.”
Unauthorised use of closed road
“47. Unauthorised use of closed road (1) A person commits an offence if the person, without special justification, uses a road that is closed under section 22(1). (2) A person who commits an offence under subsection (1) is liable to a fine of $6 000.”
