Responsible person for a relevant political entity failing to ensure that neither the entity nor a person acting on its behalf receives a political contribution unlawfully under subsection (1).
โ(a) if the relevant political entity is a political party and the responsible person is the agent of the political party โ a fine of $36 000; or (b) otherwise โ a fine of $24 000.โ
