Strata Titles Amendment Bill 1995

The WA Legislation Committee reviewed the Strata Titles Amendment Bill 1995, following up on their previous report on the 1994 Bill. The committee found that the 1995 Bill substantially implemented their earlier recommendations, with some additional amendments. They recommend the Bill's adoption, along with amalgamation of the Act and the Bill into a new consolidated Bill or immediate reprinting of the Act with amendments.

Strata title owners and those affected by the Strata Titles Act 1985 will be affected. The aim is to ensure the law is easily accessible and understandable.
