The WA Parliamentary Delegated Legislation Committee reviewed the Western Australian College of Teaching Rules 2006 and identified several concerns, including unauthorised sub-delegation of power to a Returning Officer, inconsistent terminology, and uncertainty regarding who could nominate and vote in Board elections.
