Report on the Trial of the Modernised Standing Orders

The WA parliamentary committee reviewed the trial of modernised Standing Orders. A survey showed widespread support for making the changes permanent. The committee recommends adopting the trial Standing Orders with minor adjustments from 1 January 2000, and further review in March 2000.
