The WA Legislative Council's Procedure and Privileges Committee requests permission for it and the Select Committee of Privilege to confer regarding a referral from the Corruption and Crime Commission (CCC). This is necessary for the Procedure and Privileges Committee to properly consider the CCC referral. An order of the House is required to allow the committees to confer and for the Select Committee to disclose its proceedings.
