The council of the Shire of Woodanilling resolved on 16 May 2017 to make the following local law under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Woodanilling Animals, Environment and Nuisance Local Law 2017 and shall apply throughout the Woodanilling Townsite.
