Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased who died on 30 april 2022 are required by the personal representatives craig geoffrey wheatley and robyne helen agars both of care of [contact details redacted] their claims to them by the 15th day of january 2023 after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
