It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Williams Local Planning Scheme amendment on 14 August 2023 for the purpose of amending Part IV Clause 4.6 to include a ‘Service Commercial’ zone, amending Clause 4.7, amending ‘Table 1—Zoning Table’, and rezone Lot 889 Albany Highway, Williams, from a ‘Rural’ zone to an ‘Industrial’ and ‘Service Commercial’ zone.
