These regulations are the criminal procedure amendment regulations 2021. Regulations 1 and 2 come into operation on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations on the day after that day. These regulations amend the criminal procedure regulations 2005. In regulation 15: (a) in paragraph (j) delete “forfeiture.” and insert: forfeiture; (b) after paragraph (j) insert: (k) an application to declare a person to be a serial family violence offender under the sentencing act 1995 section 124e.
