Made under the Community Titles Act 2018 section 189(2) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the Community Titles Act 2018 (postponement of expiry) proclamation 2019. The expiry of the Community Titles Act 2018 section 188 is postponed until the end of 31 december 2024.
