The council of the Shire of Manjimup resolved on 8 September 2022 to make the following local law under the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law is the Shire of Manjimup Waste Local Law 2022 and commences 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette. It applies throughout the district and repeals the Landfill and Waste Transfer Station Facilities Local Law 2006.
