Kristian Hartley Dawson, Executive Director Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 26 June 2006 and published in the Government Gazette dated 07 July 2006 for the area described (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 25 June 2026.
