Barbara Heath, late of 45 Bishop Street, Jolimont, Western Australia, retired pharmacy assistant, died 17 November 2018. On 6 March 2019 the Supreme Court of WA granted probate PRO/992/2019 to Annette Townsend, William Terence Davies and Elaine Collier, as joint executors all c/- 63 Hocking Avenue, Mt Clear, Victoria. Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased are required by the executors to send particulars of their claims to the executors by one clear calendar month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
