Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 12/03/2024 are required by the trustee to send particulars of their claims to the trustee at their office at Australian Unity, po box 1194, west perth wa 6872 by 25 september 2025, after that date the trustee will convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
