Criminal Investigation (Identifying People) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2017
Amends the criminal investigation (identifying people) regulations 2002 regarding investigations, inspections, or audits under the health services act 2016 part 13 or an inquiry conducted under section 183 of that act.

These regulations are the criminal investigation (identifying people) amendment regulations (no. 2) 2017. These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day. These regulations amend the criminal investigation (identifying people) regulations 2002. In regulation 5a: (a) in paragraph (b) delete “division 3.” and insert: division 3; (b) after paragraph (b) insert: (c) an investigation, inspection or audit under the health services act 2016 part 13 or an inquiry conducted under section 183 of that act.
