Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 applies) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 17/04/2022, are required by the trustee of the deceased, Kirsten Marie Blacker, 2 Waldemar Street, Gwelup WA 6018, to send particulars of their claims to them within one (1) month of the date of the publication of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
