In the estate of Kay Maree Heron who died on 28 November 2024, of 7 Ashley Avenue, Kewdale, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the Administrators of the deceased’s estate being Paul Gilroy White and Eric Michael White, care of Angus Tibbits Solicitors, Suite 9, 73 Calley Drive, Leeming Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims to them by 30 September 2025, after which date the Administrators may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
