Made by the WorkCover WA Costs Committee under section 405 of the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023. This determination may be cited as the Workers Compensation Legal Profession and Authorised Agents Costs Determination 2024. This Costs Determination comes into operation on 1 July 2024.
