Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 47 of the Partnership Act 1895 that the partnership previously subsisting between nlg developments pty ltd (acn 673 019 719) and massimo pty ltd (acn 675 454 761) as trustee for the massimo trust carrying on business and trading as “nlg developments pty ltd & the trustee for the massimo trust” (abn 93 588 196 820) from 29 hillway, nedlands wa 6009 has been dissolved with effect from 3 march 2026.
