These regulations are the Industrial Relations Regulations (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2022. Part 1 comes into operation on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; the rest of the regulations on 20 June 2022. This Part amends the Industrial Magistrates Courts (General Jurisdiction) Regulations 2005.
