Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 24 february 2020 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims to the care of michael preston ngapera, 5 cassia place, thornlie, western australia 6108 by the 31 august 2020 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which he then has notice.
