Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on or before 23 march 2019 are required by the executrix, helga kristina mathies of care of solomon brothers, level 15, 197 st georges terrace, perth, wa 6000, to send particulars of their claims to them by the 12 november 2019, after which date the executrix may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
