Under the Vocational Education and Training Act 1996 (the VET Act) section 60C, I, the Minister for Education and Training hereby make the following variations— Add a general condition for Elite Athletes Apprenticeship and Traineeship arrangement. Vary prescribed vocational education and training qualifications to add requirements for elite athletes.
