Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 11 june 2016, are required by the trustee, john wesley butler, care of butlers, barristers & solicitors, 45 stirling highway, nedlands, wa 6009, to send particulars of their claims to him within one (1) month from today, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
