Made under the Public and Bank Holidays Act 1972 section 8 by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Queen’s Birthday Holiday 2017 (Port Hedland and Karratha) Proclamation 2017. Instead of Monday 25 September 2017, Monday 7 August 2017 is to be the Celebration Day for the Anniversary of the Birthday of the Reigning Sovereign in 2017 in the Port Hedland local government district; and the Karratha local government district.
