Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 28 november 2018, are required by the executor matthew luke forbes, c/- furstenberg solicitors & notaries, [contact details redacted] by 6 may 2019, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
