Notice is given to John Brunner that unless redelivery of a 11.76m yacht the “Pintado” at Hillarys Boat Harbour is taken within 1 month, the Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Transport intends to apply to the Court for an order to sell or otherwise dispose of them in accordance with the Act.
