Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the Shire of Dowerin resolved on 15 February 2022 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Dowerin Repeal Local Law 2022 and commences 14 days after the date on which it is published in the Government Gazette. This local law applies throughout the district. The following local laws are repealed.
