Aquatic resources management act 2016 commencement proclamation 2018 made under the aquatic resources management act 2016 section 2(b) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the aquatic resources management act 2016 commencement proclamation 2018. The following provisions of the aquatic resources management act 2016 come into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the gazette — (a) part 1 sections 3, 4, 5 and 8; (b) part 2; (c) part 3 division 1, division 2 sections 14(1) and (4), 15 to 21 and 23 to 27 and division 3 sections 32 to 40; (d) part 16 sections 253 to 257.
