In the estate of Peter Brian Gregory, late of 9 Deane Street Mount Barker in the State of Western Australia, retired meat inspector, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 15 December 2024 at the Albany Community Hospice, Albany in the State of Western Australia, are required by the executor and trustee, Jake Thomas Gregory to send the particulars of their claims to Jake Thomas Gregory, 22 Lefroy Street Gingin WA 6503 within one (1) month of the date of the publication of this notice, after which date the executor and trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
