These regulations are the Local Government Regulations Amendment Regulations 2020. These regulations come into operation as follows โ (a) Part 1 โ on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations โ on the day after that day. Amends the Local Government (Financial Management) Regulations 1996 and the Local Government (Functions and General) Regulations 1996.
