These regulations are the Local Government Regulations Amendment Regulations 2020. These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day. Amends the Local Government (Financial Management) Regulations 1996 and the Local Government (Functions and General) Regulations 1996.
