Freesia Margaret Maizie Pingault, late of [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 1 July 2025, are required by the Executor, Jared Clements to send particulars of their claims to him at M253, [contact details redacted] 6009 within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
