Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (wa) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 31 october 2023, are required by the executors of the deceased’s estate, arda kinnaird and marisa camer-pesci both c/- michael paterson & associates of suite 4, [contact details redacted] 6017, to send particulars of their claims to the executors’ lawyers, michael paterson & associates of suite 4, [contact details redacted] 6017, within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the executors then have notice.
