Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 22 february 2023, are required by the executors of the estate to send particulars of their claims to the executors, michelle susan ebbs and nathan christopher ebbs of care of bennett, level 14, [contact details redacted] 6000, within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
