On 20 December 2022, under section 7 of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, the Governor, on the recommendation of the Minister for Environment, appointed Mr Hamish Beck as a part time member to the Environmental Protection Authority for a term of five years, from 6 February 2023 to 5 February 2028.
