Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 20th day of January 2017, are required by the personal representative, Mark Andrew Atkinson (as attorney for Malcolm David Charles McKenzie) of Atkinson Legal, 144/580 Hay Street, Perth, Western Australia 6000 to send particulars of their claims to him by the 28th day of July 2017, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
