These regulations are the Procurement Regulations 2020. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal; the rest on the day Procurement Act 2020 section 41 comes into operation. Prescribes State agencies under the Act. Includes transitional provisions for existing common use arrangements.
