It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the City of Wanneroo Local Planning Scheme No. 2 on 29 July 2024 for the purpose of rezoning various residential lots in the Wanneroo locality and within the City of Wanneroo’s Drovers Place Precinct Agreed Local Structure Plan No. 80.
