Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 24th day of November 2022, are required by the executor and trustee, being Ms Melinda Jane Hawkins, of c/- Mort & Associates, [contact details redacted] their claims to her at Mort & Associates of [contact details redacted] one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executor and trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which she then has notice.
