The Minister for Education has declared the local-intake areas for Baldivis Primary School, Baldivis Gardens Primary School, and Baldivis North Primary School as stated in this notice. Children of compulsory school age who reside within the local-intake areas shall be entitled to attend the schools if there is an appropriate educational program for them.
