Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 28th day of August 2022, are required by the executor and trustee, being mr john peter valli, of c/- mort & associates, [contact details redacted] their claims to him at mort & associates of [contact details redacted] one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executor and trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which he then has notice.
