Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 9 may 2021, are required by the executor, katherine ellen rose, care of bespoke wills and estates, suite 6, 14 main street, osborne park, western australia, to send particulars of their claims to them within one (1) month of the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
