The salaries and allowances tribunal issues this determination pursuant to section 6(1)(e) of the salaries and allowances act 1975. The tribunal has determined a 2.75% increase in the remuneration for the commissioner, senior commissioner and chief commissioner of the industrial relations commission. This increase is in line with those provided to other office holders within the judicial and quasi-judicial sphere.
