In the matter of the estate of Eric Bush, late of 83 Westview Street, Scarborough in the State of Western Australia, Builder, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 19 September 2018, are required by the Executor Chrissie Quackenbush to send particulars of their claims to her at 431 Vincent Street West, West Leederville wa 6007 by 15 June 2019. After this date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which she then has notice.
