Regulations amend the criminal procedure regulations 2005 and the high risk serious offenders regulations 2020. Amends regulation 32 of the criminal procedure regulations 2005, replacing references to the dangerous sexual offenders act 2006 with the high risk serious offenders act 2020. Inserts regulation 4 into the high risk serious offenders regulations 2020, specifying serious offences under section 5(5).
