Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (wa) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 3/1/2021, are required by the administrators, australian unity trustees limited of ground floor, [contact details redacted] particulars of their claims within one month of today’s date to them, after which date they may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
