Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 13th day of June 2021, are required by the executor and trustee, being Brian Francis Kinneen of 90 Alderbury Street, Floreat, WA, 6014 to send particulars of their claims to him at the same address, by the date being one (1) month following the publication of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regards only to the claims of which he then has notice.
